Bio

Dr. Shahid Ali Khan completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from City University of Hong Kong in September 2024 and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Energy and Environment. He holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an, China, where he received the Outstanding Graduate Award. Dr. Khan has also participated in exchange programs at the University of Toronto, Canada, and the University of Warwick, UK. Dr. Khan’s research focuses on advanced thermal management systems for batteries, heat exchangers for membrane distillation and electrolyzers, cooling solutions for electronic devices, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). He has published over 50 peer-reviewed research and review papers in respected scientific journals.
